A key piece of our mission with Home Heart Health is to disseminate our work on a national scale to improve care for patients nationwide. We want to share our findings and lessons learned to help healthcare professionals nationwide increase access to adapted cardiac rehabilitation services. We continue to pursue our goal of nationwide dissemination through publications and conferences...
This conference is a nationwide forum for nurses, nurse practitioners, physicians, exercise physiologists, physical therapists, nutritionists, social workers, etc. with over 1,000 attendees. It was an honor to speak alongside my colleague and mentor, Dr. Ana Mola of NYU Langone Health. This presentation has already led to exciting conversations about using innovation to create alternate models of care delivery and how we can increase access to cardiac rehabilitation services for patients nationwide.
